A: There are a lot of factors to consider – the overall number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. Nonetheless, we do our best to carry out all web site migrations within a 48–hour time window. Smaller–sized websites are migrated much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: Yup. We will need to have the name of the web site that you’d like us to move. We’ll also require a means to log in to your current hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the very same details you have given to your previous web hosting provider. We do not support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we don’t provide Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website building and management interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
